Return Policy

Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of purchase. Returns must be in the original packaging and condition as it was when received by consumer. Shipping of returned items to Swaddlekinz is at consumers’ expense. Shipping charges associated with an order will not be refunded.

If merchandise returned is damaged or changed in any way as per our discretionary inspection, a refund will not be provided.

Swaddlekinz will not replace a product that has been damaged due to the consumer failing to follow the handling and washing instructions.

If merchandise is defective it should be returned within 15 days for a full replacement. In this case all costs associated with shipping will be the responsibility of Swaddlekinz.
